How to Make a Cake

This is my proposal for a cake of Valentine easy, rich, smooth and creamy. It is not done anything heavy because it is very cool. It is made with the famous Italian Mascarpone cheese and peaches in syrup. I have decorated with peach cut into wedges and berries. It is very easy to prepare and is done in a very short time. Makes 4 generous servings, you can also make individual cakes instead of one cake. The decor after cutting the cake with cake layer cutter may be the same or to your liking.

Steps

Put in a large bowl gelatin, cover with peach schnapps to be hydrated. Heat in a saucepan peach juice in syrup until it begins to boil.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in gelatin until it is completely dissolved, let cool a little. Book a piece of peaches for garnish. The remaining pieces of peach crush in a blender.

Then add the cheese and blend again until a fine cream. Taste the sweetness and add two or three tablespoons of sugar, as you like it sweet.

Once the preparation is warm gelatin, mix the cheese with peach with smooth movements. Grease a mold with caramel sauce (I've forgotten and cost me a lot unmolding). Pour mixture into the mold, cover and let cool in the refrigerator until it is curdling.

Once it is just set, unmold onto a plate or source. Cut the reserved peach slice in thin slices and put them around the cake. Put a few berries in center of cake or the cute fondant cake.
